For bulk purchasing, any oversized goods, overweight goods and goods shipped to a remote location there will be an estimated charge and a representative will contact you.

 

Order shipped within Quebec delivery is expected within 1-3 business days for item in stock. Anywhere else within Canada, 3-5 business days. If the item is in stock. If item is not in stock we will contact you for the estimated delivery date.

All demonstrators are a final sale, no return or exchange are accepted for those items. Any other return or exchange is subject to an approval process within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. The customer must contact us for all request of return. A 30% restocking fee and/or handling charges before taxes is applicable for return except in the case of defective item or inaccurate shipments including special orders.

There are no returns on custom orders.

The items and packaging must be complete and unaltered and the fixtures must not have been installed. The customer must pay charges for any return.

Upon receiving the item, an inspection will be done and once approved, a refund will be issued at the original price. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns, are not refundable.

Refused deliveries will not be refunded.
